what an absolute disappointment! the only 'benefit' was the infrequent shuttle service, which was basically useless if you needed it in the afternoon. i expected some kind of complimentary gesture, but the room was hard and dirty, just like the stained walls. i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The Queen Room was spacious, which was a nice surprise for Tokyo standards. The bed was super firm, so that might not be everyone's favorite. I loved the quality toiletries, and there was even a view of a soccer field and, from a distance, Mt. Fuji on the first day! The bathroom was compact but clean, and the complimentary hygiene products at the lobby were a great touch. Just a heads up, not a lot of hanging space for clothes, but I managed just fine.

Only downside was that we were assigned smoking rooms even though we requested non-smoking. Thankfully, the staff quickly accommodated our request by changing our rooms.
